How Couchman Bespoke use your data

• Any email captured is only used to send out a quarterly newsletter informing anyone signed up about VIP events, product launches and special offers.

• Any personal measurements taken are only used for garments intended for the same person.

• Data used in purchase transactions on this website is handled though Paypal you can see their privacy policy here.

• Data used in purchase transactions when we are on the road is handled through izettle you can see their policy here.

• All data is stored on a computer system that is protected by AGV Internet Security and McAfee Security Scan Plus.

• All data collected on paper is shredded after use.

• Any personal garments blocks are stored in a lockable cupboard within the studio which is only accessible by fob.

​Lawful base for processing data

• All work carried out on the website including updates, data storage and newsletter send outs; is only conducted in a secure location using private WiFi.

​Data retention period

• All details are kept for the lifetime of the company.

• All data collected on paper is transferred into digital form immediately

​Where it came from

• All data is gathered through a sign up for newsletter prompt on the website or at markets that states the use for the data.

• Measurements are taken when a bespoke or made to measure order is being fulfilled.

​Who data is shared with

• Couchman Bespoke does not share details with anyone who isn’t associated with the brand.  The tailors used will contact you through the Couchman Bespoke email and do not have permission to contact you privately unless approved by yourself.

​Customer rights

• Couchman Bespoke promises to keep you informed about any data issues we see.  However it is your responsibility to keep your details up to date.

• Couchman Bespoke is able to give you access to all data kept under your name.

• You are able to have all data deleted if you should wish to do so.

• Before signing up to have your data collected you are informed of the use of said data and have the option not to sign up.​
